Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Denise Powell Group will take every precaution to implement all assigned tasks outlined within each client task-list or proposal, in a manner that is time effective qualitative and result driven. However at times there may be an impact to delivery as a result of power outage, or acts of GOD beyond our control. We will make every effort to support and re-engage all projects in a timely manner and will work directly with each client to recover time lost due to reasons beyond our control.
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the Project Manager and are non negotiable. Should any client request cancellation or refund – all time allocated to, delivered content and resources used/utilized up to the time of the request, will be deducted from the overall payment total, which will include an additional 30% administrative fee. Refund total will also have deducted the payment transaction fee which will be paid by the client and issued via STRIPE.
For your convenience all payments will be completed online via STRIPE or E-Transfer. At no time will Denise Powell Group require your banking or credit card information to complete payments for requested services.
All client payments must be paid in full for the initiation of service, unless otherwise outlined in accepted proposal. This is to ensure that required resources are captured/utilized and do not exceed the allocated budget for the required tasks/project(s) required.
Pricing is provided based on Quoted Proposal or Hourly Rates. Hourly rates are based on monthly Administrative services only.
Hourly Rates start on a 10 Hour plan at $28/hr. The more hours purchased the lower the hourly rate. 40 Hour plan starts at $22/hr
Quoted Proposals provide a combination of Administrative support and any other Signature service and pricing is established based on the needs of each client.
2 month (or 60 day) minimum is required for each Signature service on a “retainer basis’ and is required for all projects utilizing signature service which is outlined within a designated proposal.
Any “un-used” client time or roll-over hours must be used by the 10th day of the following month or post 40 days of the initial service starting point.
